We provide multiple-angle product pictures, size comparisons, and magnified fabric/vegan leather views to help you make an informed decision. Every product undergoes a thorough Quality Check before being dispatched.

Since unpacked products cannot always be resold, we support only limited returns or cancellation requests.

Concerns or Questions

If you have any concerns regarding the product received, kindly send images of the unused product from all sides to online@theclutcheshub.co.in within 2 days of receiving the package. Please ensure the product is in good condition with intact packaging. Our team will inspect the case and guide you with next steps.

Important Note: Requests may be rejected if the product is not in its original condition. No exchange or returns are accepted for products purchased during a SALE.

Processing Time

The exchange or return process usually takes 10–15 working days. Timelines may vary depending on your shipping location.

Defective or Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please email us at online@theclutcheshub.co.in with images and your order number within 2 days of receiving the package. Our team will review the case and, if approved, arrange a replacement. No returns are offered in this situation. Delivery timelines for replacements vary by location.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refund delays (if applicable) are usually due to issues between your bank and payment partner. Most cases resolve automatically within 7–8 working days. If you do not receive a refund after this time, please:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (posting delays may occur)
  • Contact your bank (refunds may be processing)

Using a theclutcheshub Gift Card

You can apply a theclutcheshub gift card at checkout:

  • Enter the coupon code received on your registered email
  • The balance will be auto-deducted from your payable amount

For assistance, email online@theclutcheshub.co.in. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued as a theclutcheshub Gift Card only, not as monetary refunds.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order by emailing us at online@theclutcheshub.co.in before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

A 2% fee will apply for cancellations made prior to dispatch. The cancellation process usually takes 1–2 business days, after which you will receive an email confirmation.
